Accounts Payable Coordinator

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Coordinator to join our Accounts Payable finance team!

This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week)

Your key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for capturing invoices in our automated system
• Verify invoice information for accuracy, edit as needed to ensure accurate payment to vendors
• Work with vendors as needed to improve their invoice accuracy
• Responsible for escalating issues in a timely manner as s needed
• Assist with other processes as needed for the team

Education/Experience

• High school diploma/GED along with a minimum of 0-2 years work experience or Bachelors degree in lieu of work experience will be considered
• ERP systems/automated AP Systems experience desired

Skills/Competencies

• Organized and have a strong attention to detail while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbally
• Must demonstrate initiative and possess analytical problem-solving skills

Approximate hourly pay range: $23-$26/hour
