Job Description:

• Responsible for managing one or more fiscal accounting functions and recommending policies and procedures to effectively administer such programs.
• Investigates and analyzes billing and other accounting errors for reimbursements  for employees, accounts payables, and accounts receivables in compliance with Cost Account Standards using MyInvestigator and MyUFMarketplace systems.
• Works collaboratively with fiscal team, and other clinic personnel to compile all travel reimbursements for all division staff, supply purchasing, financial data, analysis, PCARD reconciliations using UFGO system.
• Provides recommendations for travel, purchasing, SOP’s, and control systems.
• Provides grants and contract management support for Part A, C, D, 340B-C, 340B-D, 340B-STD, Research, and Clinical Trials
• Maintains tracking spreadsheet of general and subsidiary account ledgers and handles a variety of project funds for the division.

Expected Salary:

$58,000 to $65,000 annually depending on education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
