The Account Manager - Swine is an integral part of our Sales team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.
Position Details
A swine account manager will create demand and add value through consultative and technical selling with key influencers and decision-makers in the US swine industry. This position will call on key decision makers within the Pork Powerhouse and targeted veterinarian clinics, and will be responsible for selling Phibro’s autogenous vaccine, medicated feed additive and mineral nutrition portfolio to provide mutual value for the customer and Phibro. The ability to lead without authority and achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro product portfolio, while effectively managing the expense territory budget will be key elements of success for this position. This position will be based in the midwestern region of US swine market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales efforts for Phibro product portfolio.
- Provide product support for customers, key influencers, and end users ensuring proper use of Phibro products.
- Must be able to manage all available resources for business growth and retention.
- Provide input to business directors, product director(s), and finance partner for:
- Pricing of products and services to maximize customer value and margin contribution.
- Input on sales support materials needed in the field.
- Report on industry, customer, and competitive trends within assigned area.
- Proactive and consistent use of Phibro’s CRM system.

- B.S. in Animal Science or Ag Business with experience in US Swine industry, or other agriculture related discipline.
