Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management roles, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of fluid power systems or fluid technology is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
