Implementation Specialist, Data Operations

As a Backend Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the hands-on configuration and setup of proprietary systems to support successful client onboarding. This role focuses on executing technical configurations, activating integrations, and ensuring systems are properly installed and functioning prior to client go-live.

 

You will work from defined requirements and instructions, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deploy technical solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in systems, learning new platforms quickly, and managing multiple implementations at once.

 

System Configuration & Technical Setup

• Configure proprietary systems and technical settings based on defined client requirements.
• Perform hands-on setup of integrations, workflows, and backend mechanisms that support platform functionality.
• Validate configurations and troubleshoot setup issues prior to and during client go-live.
• Follow established implementation procedures while adapting to unique client environments.

 

Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams to support technical setup needs.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to coordinate installation and configuration requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.

 

Execution in a Fast-Paced Environment

• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting delivery timelines.
• Pivot quickly as priorities shift and client needs evolve.
• Proactively identify configuration issues and resolve them independently when possible.

 

Continuous Learning & Process Improvement

• Learn new platform features, tools, and technical capabilities as they are released.
• Contribute to improving configuration processes and internal documentation.
• Apply feedback and lessons learned to improve future implementations.

 

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with a foundation in technical onboarding or systems configuration who’s comfortable working in Salesforce—typically gained through 3+ years of relevant experience, though we welcome candidates with deeper expertise as well. Experience in the automotive space is a plus, but not required; what matters most is your ability to work within technical systems, configure platforms accurately, collaborate across technical and client-facing teams, and manage multiple priorities with care and ownership.
