What Are We Looking For? 

We are looking for a Solution Architect lead to oversee and guide our growing Solutions team in NYC. As a leader of the Solutions group, you will manage a team of top professionals that drives next-generation conversational AI experiences. You will also act as a trusted advisor to our clients and be an essential part of the success of our customers by performing technical discovery meetings, making architectural recommendations for the solution, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and managing deployments. You will manage the company's deployments, making sure to connect the dots between the technical solution to business value for all our customers. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, providing guidance and support in solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting while remaining ~60% hands on.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient architectural designs.
• Drive the development and maintenance of architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Act as a technical advisor, participating in discussions with stakeholders to recommend optimal solutions and technologies.
• Immerse yourself in Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technologies and innovations, and work closely with the R&D department to keep improving our state-of-the-art solution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of leadership or managerial experience, showcasing the ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
• 5+ years experience in a Solution Architect role, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the product and software development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, and release.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and architecture principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 annually exempt. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than NY may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
