Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement initiatives to improve sales excellence
• Lead global projects in a complex, cross-functional stakeholder environment to optimize sales processes for efficiency and customer centricity
• Develop and integrate global sales related processes (e.g. customer segmentation, service models) to meet commercial and operational business needs, define process requirements for tool implementations and conduct related trainings
• Define and align company-wide and consistent strategic goals, scope and requirements for CRM and build compliant processes and structures and ensure data quality, security and privacy
• Lead the development and implementation of training and documentation
• Develop and implement a long-term BI strategy with the aim of optimally utilizing the data potential in sales and marketing
• Define, continuously evolve and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure and improve sales effectiveness and efficiency
• Conduct sales excellence assessments to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, sales, marketing, IT or similar
• Min. 6-8 years professional experience in sales and marketing related processes, data management, process management or consulting
• Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, results-driven actions, drive for business optimization and ability to identify requirements and analyze impact
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced and virtual environment
• Fluent in English language
• Willingness to travel globally
• Experience in the field of sales excellence or sales analytics is a plus
