Senior Product Manager

<p>We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join our team and become a driving force behind the continued success of M365 Copilot, Teams Copilot and Microsoft Teams, the fastest-growing business application in Microsoft's history, with 320 million monthly active users. Microsoft Teams is the cornerstone of collaboration, uniting the power of Office 365 to empower teams worldwide to achieve more. As we continue to evolve and expand, we are on a mission to support the development of line-of-business workflow integrations through the Teams platform, aiding partners in achieving their fullest potential by leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and collaborative communications. </p><p>In this role, you will engage with our most strategic partners to help them envision, design and develop collaborative AI Driven applications on the Teams platform and M365 Copilot, to unlock productivity by using Teams as the organizing layer in their organizations. You will work directly with partners advising them on the right approach to solve their problems, using a toolbox of platform capabilities across a suite of Microsoft technologies. You will build strong relationships with cross-disciplinary teams from engineering and design to ensure that solutions you help build, solve the problems of partners and help with business transformation. </p><p>You will also be accountable for driving awareness and alignment with internal teams around voice of partner themes that emerge as part of your partner engagements, making sure key challenges and feature gaps are channeled back into our plan to improve our product.
