- Collaborate with audio hardware engineering teams to define and execute next-generation hardware products
- Own end-to-end audio hardware subsystem development during New Product Introduction (NPI), including architecture, design, KPI definition, system tuning, and quality verification
- Coordinate and drive engineering design deliverables, such as subsystem architecture, specifications, DOE, and validation plans
- Manage development, delivery, and qualification of audio subsystems based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times, and business needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (System PD, EE, Product Management, Operations, Audio SW, Quality, more…) to develop best practices and technology development processes in a fast-paced environment
- Drive program milestones, communicate status to teams and leadership, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation plans
- Optimize program structure for clarity and efficiency, ensuring effective communication within and between internal and external teams
- Ensure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review
- Up to 20% international travel
- BS in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, acoustic engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline
- 5+ years experience working with the development of audio or similar hardware systems
- 5+ years of work experience as a program manager managing hardware from concept to mass production
- 3+ years of experience working with design and manufacturing of audio hardware subsystems for complex consumer electronic devices
- Experience with head-mounted products or devices
- Experience with manufacturing under JDM, ODM, and OEM models
