About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor at Capita, you will join a team of people dedicated to supporting our customers. Your responsibilities will include: providing comprehensive customer service at the highest level, handling telephone and email enquiries, as well as promoting products and offers in line with customer needs.

Job Description:

PART TIME OFFER - weekends or afternoons shifts

Your scope of duties:

  • Customer support through various channels (incoming calls and messages)
  • Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
  • Providing information related to administrative and technical aspects (products, invoices, etc.)
  • Introducing changes to the system
  • Cooperation with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service
  • Sales and promotion of products

Our requirements:

  • Knowledge of German at least B2+/C1 level
  • Readiness to work on-site in Krakow during onboarding period
  • Readiness to participate in an onsite training for first 3 weeks from Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:00
