As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining culinary service operations by coordinating production, purchasing and inventory controls. Monitors food costs and accounts for variances in the key areas of food, janitorial and paper expenses. Coordinating departmental sanitation program. Assisting in the development and maintenance of a quality catering program. Handling all responsibilities in a professional manner. Maintaining positive resident relations and a high degree of satisfaction with residents, guests and staff.
