CSSP Supervisor

Leidos is seeking a CSSP Supervisor with leadership skills and the ability to work constructively and collaboratively across multiple functional and technical areas to achieve a positive impact on explicitly stated and implicit program and personnel goals and performance results.
This position provides C5ISR Center Defensive Cyber Solutions Branch (DCSB) Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) management function. Primary responsibility is to supervise, mentor, and advise on CSSP performance expectations and issues, as well as advising and guiding on career path as well as technical matters.
A successful candidate should already be in a formal leadership role within the CSSP with proven ability to help deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and coaching to a diverse Leidos team, ensuring effective collaboration across varying levels and skillsets.
- Guide team members on Leidos career paths and assist them in navigating available career development options.
- Establish and communicate performance expectations, actively promoting and driving individual and team performance on DCSB projects.
- Self-educate on Leidos policies and procedures, and proactively train team members on relevant policies, procedures, events, and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Leidos functional counterparts and DCSB leadership, handling standard communications, addressing issues, concerns, and questions, and taking necessary actions.
- Support other DCSB team leads, supervisors, and Leidos functional staff as needed, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires MS degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience in order to operate within the scope contemplated by the level.
- Leidos DCSB current employee with proven leadership, management, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Leidos policies, procedures, and management tools
- Ability to effectively bridge remote and customer site presence, widely distributed teams

Pay Range:
Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
