In this role, you will work alongside a team of facility and cleaning professionals to help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and contributes to a positive experience for employees and visitors alike.</p> <div><hr></div> <h1>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h1> <h2>Daily Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Clean and maintain the main kitchen, including: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Countertops and sinks</li> <li>Floors</li> <li>Dishwashers</li> <li>General organization and cleanliness</li> </ul> </li> <li>Maintain the appearance of the main lobby by: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Cleaning glass surfaces</li> <li>Spot-cleaning floors</li> <li>Watering plants as needed</li> <li>Keeping the area neat and welcoming</li> </ul> </li> <li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchenettes, locker rooms, and natatorium areas, including: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Countertops, sinks, toilets, and mirrors</li> <li>Trash collection and disposal</li> <li>Replenishing paper products and supplies</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h2>Twice Weekly Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Empty trash receptacles throughout offices, kitchens, and lavatories</li> <li>Replace liners and clean containers as needed</li> <li>Transport waste to designated dumpster areas</li> </ul> <h2>Weekly Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Vacuum carpeted areas and spot clean or shampoo carpets as necessary</li> <li>Sweep and mop stairwells and atrium spaces</li> <li>Clean floors in the fitness room and shipping/receiving areas</li> <li>Empty recycling containers and transport recyclables to collection areas</li> <li>Remove cobwebs and dust from high surfaces</li> </ul> <h2>Semi-Annual Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Clean interior office windows and window ledges</li> </ul> <h2>Additional Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false&q
