Along with a geographical expansion, Mollie started to increasingly service more complex customer types from small ecommerce businesses to fast growing software platforms. These software platforms are providing an exciting opportunity where Mollie operates at the forefront of technological innovation in payments. </p><p></p><p>Team Connect provides embedded payments for ambitious platforms. The Connect offering allows the platforms to quickly launch and scale. SaaS and marketplace payments can easily accept online and in-person payments integrated in their platform through one integration. The team enables payments and controls the funds flow between the platform and the customers. As such the team is leading the way for the embedded finance!</p><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will lead one of the fastest growing product areas in Mollie end to end</p></li><li><p>You will join a highly energised team of product managers, engineers and will work closely together with solution architects and commercial teams. Your team will be a good mix of engineers of various skill levels</p></li><li><p>You will focus on the product strategy and competitiveness while improving our platform, processes and tooling in order to deliver a scalable offering</p></li><li><p>You can concisely communicate complex concepts</p></li><li><p>You’ll monitor product performance using key metrics and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></p><ul><li><p>6+ years of work experience of which at least 3+ years in Product Management experience in a technology business</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead product teams with multiple stakeholders</p></li><li><p>A demonstrated history of strong performance in product discovery and product delivery</p></li><li><p>Experience defining longer term strategy and aligning with the senior management </p></li><li><p>Ability to gather insights, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities</p></li><li><p>Experience driving the product roadmap, setting clear objectives and prioritising feature enhancements</p></li><li><p>Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication in English </p></li><li><p>Excellent organisational skills with attention for detail </p></li></ul><p></p>
