We provide a learning budget by function for professional development and offer a comprehensive L&amp;D program that enhances both technical expertise and soft skills.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let’s rewrite the rules of banking together!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As a Product Manager responsible for our Run Mambu product portfolio you will be responsible for core horizontal service capabilities that are critical to our customers after they go live: from Notifications services, Billing, Customer Dashboards, CRM, and Mambu UI. We are looking for someone who can unify this portfolio with a clear value proposition on what are the key long-term differentiators that we want to offer in each space.</p> <p> </p> <h2>What you’ll do</h2> <ul> <li><p>Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.</p></li> <li><p>Create a product roadmap that balances customer insights and business objectives, with a clear &amp; logical rationale that is easy to consume.</p></li> <li><p>Identify new and existing Platform Products that we can better position to deliver more value to our customers and our business.</p></li> <li><p>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.</p></li> <li><p>Collaborate closely with engineering, Commercial, Marketing and delivery teams to prioritise features, define requirements, and drive product roadmap.</p></li> <li><p>Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.</p></li> <li><p>Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features based on user insights and data analysis.</p></li> <li><p>Utilise tools like AHA, Jira, Slack, and Confluence to facilitate communication, project tracking, and documentation.</p></li> <li><p>Monitor product performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to optimise user engagement, retention, and revenue.</p></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>What you’ll bring</h2> <ul> <li><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Past experience on a more technical product role is preferred.</p></li> <li><p>3+ years of relevant experience in product management roles within horizontal platform services, especially if within the FinTech space</p></li> <li><p>Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products from conception to delivery.</p></li> <li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.</p></li> <li><p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and strategic objectives.</p></li> <li><p>Working knowledge and experience with product management tools such as AHA, Jira, Slack, and Confluence.</p></li> <li><p>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.</p></li> <li><p>Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>Your future</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><em>We aim to be the leading cloud-banking platform, powering the future of banking and igniting financial change globally.
