Job Description
The Treasury team has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated finance professional to further develop financial markets knowledge and corporate finance skillsets by supporting all aspects of the Capital Markets team. This challenging role assists in the development and execution of financial plans to maximize our access to capital, manage financial risks, and return cash to shareholders.
This role provides significant exposure to capital markets, global funding, cash management, currency and interest rate risk management, bank relationship management, as well as exposure to the perspectives of shareholders, creditors, and rating agencies. This supervisor position will engage with various functions within and outside of Treasury, including the Corporate Controller Group, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations, and Finance Leadership.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Support capital structure planning and analysis through financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Assess global financial market conditions and assist in the development and execution of corporate funding plans and associated risk management strategies
- Perform analysis related to the Company’s use of debt and derivatives to satisfy financial portfolio management, valuation, and financial reporting requirements
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies pursuant to the Company’s share repurchase program
- Support FX risk management program through exposure identification, hedging strategy development, trade execution, and position reporting
- Manage the Company’s global counterparty risk analysis process, performing periodic value-at-risk testing and detailed credit analysis of financial counterparties as needed
- Assist in the management of relationships with global banking and financial product suppliers.
- Support other Treasury and cross-functional projects as needed

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 – $108,810 per year

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated competency in finance, accounting, economics, or other relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of applicable work experience required. Prior work experience in corporate finance, banking, or public accounting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple competing priorities
- Advanced data analytics capabilities and/or experience with automation through financial technology helpful
- High motivation, attention to detail, and demonstrated interest in global finance
