Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate financial planning, reporting, and budget management functions. Support the company’s overall strategic direction by providing financial insights that help Executive Leadership make decisions to ensure the brand’s growth and profitability. Ensure reporting packages are completed and submitted timely. Responsible for overseeing balance sheet, cash flow, and CapEx reporting requirements. Review and approve internal and external reports provided by the global FP&A team including weekly gross sales, monthly flash and outlook reports, monthly Contributive Operating Profits commentary, treasury, boutique, capital expenditure, and tax reporting. Oversee monthly management reporting for the Executive Team. [Position allows work from-home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager. Must be able to work on site as required.]

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or a related field plus four (4) years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Controller, or a related occupation.

Experience must include:

• IFRS and US GAAP
• Corporate financial principles including ROI analysis
• Financial systems including Anaplan, Dynamics, and SAP
• Consolidation expertise
• Transfer price analysis
• Treasury, cash management, and forecast expertise

 

The target salary range for this position is $272,334 to $300,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
