Business Operations Intern

Spring Semester Internship

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approximately 3 Months

This role is based at either our Chicago, New York, or San Fransico Office

In this role, you will:

• Support senior leadership with ad-hoc tasks, project coordination, and follow-up items.
• Conduct market, stakeholder, and ecosystem research to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare briefs, meeting summaries, and background materials for internal and external meetings.
• Assist with light analysis, data structuring, and reporting routines.
• Maintain internal systems, update documentation, and support administrative workflows.
• Contribute to Office operations, including event logistics, stakeholder mapping, and general coordination across the US team.

Formal Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, International Relations, or similar fields

A Plus:

• Familiarity with Swedish or Nordic business culture
• Some experience (internship or professional) in consulting, professional services, or operations
