<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a part-time HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Amsterdam office. Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner in Germany, you will contribute to a wide range of People initiatives that align with our business goals and values.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>From onboarding new talent to promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with Dutch employment law, you'll help shape an exceptional employee experience.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>While you'll report to our People Business Partner in Germany, you’ll be the go-to person for all local People matters in Amsterdam. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Acting as the first point of contact for People-related queries on-site.</li>
<li>Supporting the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies.</li>
<li>Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance, and development.</li>
<li>Leading onboarding and offboarding processes and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate employee records using our HR system, Cezanne.</li>
<li>Collaborating on diversity, inclusion, and well-being programs to foster a positive workplace culture.</li>
<li>Analyzing People data and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<p>We’re seeking someone with a proactive mindset, a passion for people, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in English (C1 level or higher); Dutch language skills are a strong plus.</li>
<li>1–2 years of experience in an HR role (Coordinator, Assistant, or Generalist).</li>
<li>Experience in a multinational environment preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and take initiative.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels – especially important in a sales-driven environment!</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li>
