Production Control/ Logistics Team Member 2nd Shift

Job Title: Production Control/ Logistics Team Member 2nd Shift

 

Material Handlers are responsible for:

 

• Operating all material handling equipment as needed (i.e. tugger, fork truck, walk-behind stacker)
• Unloading boxes from raw material racks and repacking into line side totes.
• Must have above average attention to detail.
• Moving finished goods to the finished goods rollers from the final assembly lines.
• Understanding proper handling methods of components.
• Understanding the plant address system.
• Have high awareness for safety.
• Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (i.e. – twisting, turning, reaching, bending).

 

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have the ability to obtain a license for fork trucks (sit down fork trucks) and tuggers.  Candidates should also be able to lift approximately 50 lbs continuously and work well in a fast-paced environment.
