Quality Coordinator C

Position Description

Performs basic daily gage calibration and mastering, completing quality audits, operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other gaging as needed.

Job Responsibilities

1. Performs a variety of quality checks on manufactured parts. Reviews Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and communicate findings
2. Communicates non-conforming product
3. Generates and maintains documentation and revision control of quality related data
4. Supports manufacturing functions related to quality including issuing quality alerts, creating visual standards, and tracking non-conforming materials
5. Sets gauges and insure they work properly. Verifies calibration of gauge equipment
6. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

• Basic computer skills required
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

High School diploma in equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

Quality experience preferred

Physical & Environmental Requirements

May be required to lift or carry product parts, and/or other materials of various smaller sizes and weights up to 17 lbsAbility to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)Exposure to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
