FLS Installer

A key member of the Albireo team, the FLS Installer will assist the foreman and superintendents with project installation. They will be responsible to install wire, and devices according to the drawings and direction from their supervisors and assist in system pre-test and final testing.

• Provide customer and co-worker support.
• Assist in system installation, start-up, pre-test, and final test as required.
• Report to assigned site on time.
• Install wire and equipment.
• Work with foreman and superintendent to identify any possible changes.
• Follow all required safety regulations.
• Assist with labor and material management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in the fire alarm/security industry.
• Strong computer skills MS-Office, Word, Excel, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge and understanding of local and state code, IFC and NFPA.
• Valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10 – will train.
• Most of our clients require all contractors on site to be fully vaccinated.

Desirable Skill Set

• Conduit installation is a big plus.
• CA Electrical Certification (Blue Card) - will train.
• NICET I (or higher) Certification - will train.
• System Programming, Checkout, Startup and System Commissioning.
