Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor shall supervise the personnel in his department in a manner that ensures the continous production (max) with the necessary level of quality or more to meet the goals of the company.

In this role, the Production Supervisor will:

• To ensure production and quality records are properly and accurately maintained
• To ensure the best performance of equipment and personnel
• To minimize rejests and rework by doing things right first time
• To produce according to the production plans using JIT (Just In Time) techniques
• To ensure that work stations at all times are in proper working condition.
• To ensure that all personnel is trained/certified in their job(s)
• To report attendance/absenteeism daily
• To minimize absenteeism and turn over
• To follow all applicable company procedures
• To ensure that all lines keep in the 5s standards
• Apply techniques of Lean Manufacturing for continuos improvement
• Provide solutions to problems
• To ensure the production of meters with quality at the first time without scrap
• To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301

Required Experience:

• 3 years of experience in similar position
• Supervisory experience in an assembly environment
• Basic knowledge of electronics
