How can you make a difference? 

The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) to (1) produce high-quality Partnership Compact Mid-term Review (PC-MTR) progress memo/report utilizing the results of data consolidation and analysis and (2) to undertake an in-depth analysis of the Education Strategic Plan (ESP) 2024-2028 development process to document good practices, challenges and lesson learned.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have… 

Minimum Qualification

• Advanced degree in education policy and data or related technical field.

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in education.
• Expertise in education data analysis and report writing.
• Experience working with Global Partnership for Education will be an asset.
• Experience working with government and education partners.
• Excellent English language written and spoken skills are required. Knowledge of local language (Khmer) is an asset.
• Ability to work to meet deadlines and balance multiple deliverables.
• Relevant experience of working in the EAP region and in the UN/UNICEF system is an asset.
