About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Development Reps who are responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to sell Wonders products and services. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists and explaining the benefits of the products.

Key Responsibilities

● Responsible for lead generation and qualification on behalf of our sales team

● Use sales scripts that describe the company’s products to hold intelligent and engaging conversations with prospects over the phone.

● Lead the research and identification of new customers and their businesses

● Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to capture sales efforts and institutional knowledge

● Engage previous customers to expand awareness and identify new opportunities

● Maintaining records of customer contacts

● Other sales duties assigned

Qualifications

● Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative role and/or on a sales team (other relevant experience will be considered)

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables

● Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company

● Comfortable working in a professional office environment

● Bilingual in Bahasa Cina/English, Bahasa Cina is a MUST

任职资格:

1、有电话推销员或类似销售/客户服务经验者优先, 会讲福州话最佳

2、对销售工作充满热情,具备抗压能力,不轻言放弃;

3、了解基本的销售技巧,并愿意学习和培训(带薪),掌握更多的销售技能;

4、出色的沟通和表达能力, 耐心并能够处理客户拒绝
