Job Description:
Airbus is now accepting applications for its 2024 Summer Internship Program -HR, EHS, Supply Chain, Project Management. These positions are designed to provide students the opportunity to enhance their theoretical foundation through practical experience focused in several areas of the aviation manufacturing industry.

Your working environment:
Nearby on ‘Airbus Way’ you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. The facility, which strengthens the U.S. aerospace industry, is part of Airbus’ strategy to enhance its global competitiveness by meeting the growing needs of its customers in the United States and beyond.
Your challenges:
Over the course of our 10-12-week internship program, participants will have the opportunity to:
Work directly with a mentor in their field of study while finding solutions to real world problems
Gain on the job experience
Experience our products up close by touring our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities
Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities
Gain the skills and knowledge to become a future industry leader
Your boarding pass:
Must be:
Willing to temporarily live in the Mobile, AL metro area during the internship.
Authorized to Work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
Working towards Bachelor’s degree in one the following majors entering your Senior year OR in a Master’s Degree program in:
Human Resources
Business Management
Supply Chain Management
Finance
Contract Management
Minimum cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 and above required
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
Preferred Experience: School projects in related fields
Applications will be accepted through October 27, 2023. Interviews will be conducted in November and notification of selection by the end of December.
This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.
