We are looking for an experienced <strong>Commercial Excellence Senior Manager</strong> for their growing team.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Responsible for the delivery of the strategies to market</li> <li>Managing the profitability of business aligned with right offering and pricing</li> <li>Seeking business growth opportunuties (internal &amp; external) to exceed business goals</li> <li>Working closely with sales and as well as with supply chain/production to realize business goals</li> <li>Gather data by determining the root-cause of Sales fail points and make recommendations/provide solutions</li> <li>Recommend projects and actions plans based on analytics outcomes to increase sales</li> <li>Develop new commercialization strategies through working closely with other functions supporting specific business initiatives and the overall business brand strategy</li> </ul><p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li> <li>A master's degree is preferred</li> <li>Proven experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or a similar role within a B2B or B2C organization</li> <li>Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives</li> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools</li> <li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li> </ul>
