In return, during your first year with us, you can expect extensive training alongside meaningful on the job learning opportunities. </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your Team: </b></p> <p>As a Graduate, you will be an integral part of the Nordic Property team, actively contributing to our daily underwriting activities. you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making. This collaborative role offers hands-on exposure to the world of underwriting and risk analysis, working closely with experienced colleagues to maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers while supporting the wider underwriting process. If you’re eager to build a career in underwriting and risk management, this is the team for you! </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your responsibilities: </b></p> <ul> <li> <p>You will support Nordic Underwriting with daily tasks, helping ensure smooth underwriting operations. </p> </li> <li> <p>You will assist in sales activities, contributing to the growth and development of new business opportunities. </p> </li> <li> <p>You will manage administrative tasks, including organizing documents, tracking progress, and ensuring all information is up-to-date. </p> </li> <li> <p>You will help with reporting, ensuring accurate and timely reports are created to support decision-making. </p> </li> <li> <p>You will assist in issuing policies and certificates, ensuring clients receive their documents promptly and accurately. </p> </li> <li> <p>You will support NatCat analysis, helping assess risks related to natural catastrophes and providing valuable insights to the underwriting process. </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>What You’ll Bring to the Role </b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Completion of a bachelors university degree by September 2025 in a relevant field of Study. </p> </li> <li> <p>Adaptability and Flexibility- Able to adapt and work effectively in different situations and remain calm under pressure </p> </li> <li> <p>Communication- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </p> </li> <li> <p>Teamwork- Have a pro-active and positive attitude to team work, able to assist others and also take on your own responsibilities </p> </li> <li> <p>Learning Mindset/ Ambition- A curious and creative mindset, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to own and drive your personal development. </p> </li> <li> <p>Analytical Thinking- Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze, study or examine data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions and present solutions to others. </p> </li> <li> <p>Good computer skills, including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  </p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in English. </p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Further Information:</b> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Duration:  This is a permanent opportunity.
