Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization

- Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment

- Train and manage production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods

- Track products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct

- Perform detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards

- Eliminate products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools

- Strong knowledge of AS9100 and IPC J Standards

- Experience in printed circuit boards manufacturing

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
