Job Title: Project Manager 1, Client Services
Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000

Adswerve is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a Project Manager. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a natural curiosity and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through technology. As a PM1, you will drive client projects forward independently, managing them from initiation to completion. Our ideal candidate has superior interpersonal skills and enjoys grasping new technical concepts.
Embedded with our technical delivery teams, you will be responsible for managing project scope, communication, resources, and budgets, ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Follow internal processes and collaborate across project teams and key partners to deliver excellent results for our clients.
- Proactively manage the scope, timeline, budget, issues, and risks for assigned client projects.
- Develop and maintain clear project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, to guide project teams and clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the client, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, partners, and internal team members.
- Apply strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to all project communications and interactions.
- Work with project leadership to understand and track strategic goals and ensure project outcomes align with client objectives.
- Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technologies to understand the project landscape.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, like Asana, Jira, and NotebookLM.
- Escalate issues and risks to project leadership and PMO leadership in a timely manner.
Experiences
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with project management platforms, such as Asana and Jira.
- Strong time management, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions to develop a deep understanding of project requirements.
- A self-starter attitude, with an ability to learn quickly and a strong sense of integrity.
- Experience in a digital marketing or technology-focused environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (such as CJA, AJO, CDP) and/or Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
- CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
This position pays a base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
