As a Software Engineer within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Miamisburg, OH.

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong experience in application support, and DevOps practices. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing vendor-based applications, building reliable solutions using .NET technologies, and implementing modern CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work across development, support, and deployment processes. The role also requires a high level of self-management, ownership, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Framework
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve defects, performance issues, and integration challenges
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Manage code deployments, releases, and environment configurations across Test, UAT, QA, and Production
• Ensure system stability, reliability, and performance of critical applications
• Follow and enforce DevOps best practices, including automation, monitoring, and logging
• Participate in on-call or support rotation, as needed
• Develop and support API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
