Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Loveland, Ohio facility.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our strategic initiatives in the aerospace and defense sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the brand presence of cutting-edge aerospace technologies, from unmanned systems to advanced propulsion solutions. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a proactive mindset to support campaign execution, industry events, and customer communications in a highly technical environment.

What you’ll do:

Industry Events & Tradeshows:

Assist in planning and executing logistics for aerospace and defense exhibitions, customer demos, and technical symposiums. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, materials prep, and on-site support to ensure a professional brand presence.

Integrated Campaign Support:

Work with product and business development teams to deploy targeted campaigns. Support email communications, landing page development, and content coordination via marketing automation platforms.

Market Intelligence & CRM Management:

Help maintain and update contact databases to support customer segmentation and lead generation. Prepare periodic reports and performance metrics using tools like Salesforce.

Social Media & Digital Engagement:

Support content creation and daily management of LinkedIn and other key platforms. Monitor engagement and help grow the company’s visibility across relevant industry channels.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or communications—preferably in a technical, B2B, or regulated industry
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
• Basic graphic design or presentation development experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate technical information into compelling messages
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude
