Position Type: Full-time — Maternity Leave Replacement

Location: Central Israel

Role Overview:

• Analyze business needs and define system and process requirements
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
• Define KPIs and support the creation of basic BI reports and dashboards
• Perform light data analysis in Excel and assist with operational workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong business understanding and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
