Primary Responsibilities:
- Define, manage and own the product Backlog, delivery framework and execution strategy for Lumi Portal for self-serve capabilities- with a focus on Data Ingestion (Raw SORs, Derived Tables, Business Managed Data etc.)
- Manage product roadmap for Data Ingestion in collaboration with engineering and design functions
- Work closely with stakeholders (MDM, DI, Stargate, D-RAD etc.) to translate business needs into concrete requirements (Feature Breakdown, User Story Writing)
- Work with engineers on a day-to-day basis to execute requirements into end products
- Perform relevant testing (SIT, UAT, PIV)
- Partner with Business Support team (SABE) to troubleshoot critical issues at hand
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across multiple lines of businesses to capture requirements
- Lead partner connects with BU partners with a focus on demos and change management
- Enable user analytics to evaluate colleague adoption and uncover challenges and frustrations
Qualification Requirements:
- Ability to translate complicated business requirements into multiple solution options
- Excellent interpersonal skills, must be comfortable working on a diverse team spanning multiple locations
- An ability to deal with a fast pace and changing needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Agile principles and/or experience in Agile Product Development
- Experience with SQL and Microsoft suite of products
- Experience on GCP (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Spanner etc.)
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Analytics and Google Cloud is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
