What You'll Do:
This position will operate under the guidance of the H2O Program Manager, playing a pivotal role in oversight, management, monitoring, and coordinating multiple projects within the H2O program. This role will serve as the liaison between H2O Program Leaders and external system partners to ensure continuous collaboration and monitoring of program deliverables. This role focuses on ensuring accurate measurement of project outcomes through comprehensive data tracking, auditing, and reporting. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Program Manager to develop essential materials for program deliverables, as well as to monitor and address ongoing support needs.

Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage projects that require collaboration across various units, divisions, agencies, and provides assistance to the H2O Program Manager. Lead and manage updates to H2O documents and templates, ensuring they are current and effective.
• Data Management: Track project progress, analyze data and trends, and provide detailed reports to the H2O Program Manager. Identify and escalate trends or concerns that may require policy or process improvements.
• Oversight and monitoring of H2O: Perform site visits, monitoring, and inspections of current housing inventory. Maintain and work with AHCCCS legal resources to ensure compliance and H2O Program Administrator Provider performance of required duties. Legal compliance and coordination with the Finance Department on H2O project funding. Organize and maintain files and records related to H2O.
• Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between Program Leaders and external system partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Works cross-functionally to prepare, distribute and communicate project status, problem solve, and implement approved changes.
• Policy Review: Review and ensure that current practices are accurately reflected in existing policies, recommending updates as necessary.
• Meeting Preparation: Schedule and coordinate on-site visits as needed, prepare meeting agendas for Program Leaders, and compile necessary documents and materials for team meetings.
