Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) F-15 Singapore Sustainment Program is looking for a Lead Project Management Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Act as the project focal for the F-15 Mandated Update Program (MUP) for the F-15 SG Sustainment team reporting to the Program Manager
• Oversee Charge Account Manager (CAM) cost and schedule performance including with monthly EAC updates
• Facilitate Risk, Issue, and Opportunity management and execution among the F-15 SG Sustainment IPT.
• Liaise between F-15 SG Sustainment (BGS) and partner Development team (BDS) maintaining communication and reporting cadences
• Support F-15 MUP Program Management Meetings (PMM) including weekly PMM, EAC reviews, and monthly customer PMM’s, as required.
• Coordinate contractual needs between contracts and Program Management teams and customer
• Ensure program schedule milestones are achieved per the baseline and escalate issues as required
• Ensure all applicable Contract Date Requirements List (CDRL’s) are submitted to customer per requirement by appropriate CAM’s.
• Support business development team with business capture of the F-15 SG Mid-Life Upgrade program including supporting SOW reviews, proposal coordination, and technical interchange meetings (TIMs)
• Proposal development, including development of competitive pricing and delivery dates
• Providing supplier management with quantity, configuration and delivery requirements
• Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance
• Supporting technical correctness and consistency of products in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Presenting project or team status to other Boeing teams, functions, management, and organizations, as well as customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, help needed, and changes to plan

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance post-start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
• Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
• Experience developing presentations for leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors' degree in a related field or equivalent military experience
• Experience working with and/or managing supply chain processes and functions
• Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means
• Experience managing contractual deliverables
• Willing and able to support occasional phone calls during non-business hours (evenings and early mornings)
• Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time both domestically and internationally

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
