Operations Analyst - Information Advantage

We are looking for a talented analyst to join the Operations & Tradecraft group to help us create Information Advantage for our clients in the US Government and Fortune 50. The successful candidate will have an analytic mind, passion for problem solving and customer interaction, and dedication to mission. This position is remote, and may require periodic travel to customer locations in the Washington DC area, as well as other sites around the US and the world.

Responsibilities include:

• Master the Pulse Suite of products so that you are an expert at using it to create value for customers. Specifically: 
• Use Pulse’s PAI monitoring and AdTech capabilities in support of customer objectives
• Work with the customer to drive data collection, conduct analysis, and create visualizations to help leaders make decisions and act in the information environment
• Train customers and other users on using multiple components of the Pulse suite
• Work with our data science team to refine and use methods for measuring effectiveness 
• Understand the needs and goals of a variety of Pulse customers in order to deliver them the capabilities from the Pulse suite that are needed to achieve their goals.
• Represent Two Six Technologies in customer engagements with professionalism, expertise, and confidence. 
• Collaborate with our product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure our product backlog prioritizes customer needs.
• Provide analytic support to customers and internal teams, including virtually and in-person.
• Contribute to training, knowledge management, and tradecraft initiatives surrounding analysis, OSINT, and our tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with government customers in the national security space. 
• Excellent analytic skills, including the ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insight.
• Excellence in communicating, including in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability and willingness to learn new things, particularly new technology.
• Ability to operate independently. A self-starter. 
• Willingness and ability to travel for in-person customer engagements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience analyzing online behaviors and/or information operations originating from or pertaining to Russia, China, or Iran.
• Experience as a teacher or trainer, especially in a government or SaaS context.
• Knowledge of technologies and data used in the information advantage domain, including any of the following: data collection and analytics, natural language processing, survey methodology, AI including machine learning, mobile technology, and/or telecommunications. 
• Experience providing mission support through product licenses, not just services.

Clearance:

• Active TS clearance required.

Travel: 

• Up to 40% Travel
