Job Description
Oversee day-to-day contractor responsibilities as well as provide direct support for IT service management solutions and projects. Provide guidance to technical teams in the execution of a variety of technical tasks to support the base and mission. Provide a regular status report to include compliance metrics for Abacus corporate management, the program offices, and the COR. Maintain an active staff roster.
Qualifications
10+ years experience in a program and IT service management role. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must be PMP certified. Must be certified at IAT Level II (Security+ or other certification satisfying DoD 8570 certification requirements). Strong technical background in an IT or engineering field. Experience leading a technical team and comfortable providing direction and guidance to others. Experience in risk management and Air Force Emergency Management (AFEM) procedures. Working knowledge of USAF IT environment and networks, including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, WICs, and SAPnet. Proven expertise in managing cost, resources, schedules, and risks. Must be knowledgeable of Air Force tools and technologies. Experience with DoD systems and military protocols. Able to provide clear and concise directions to staff regarding project execution. Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization. Able to foster effective government-contractor relationships to promote mutually beneficial partnerships. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
