We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Architect of We are seeking a technically adept and visionary Principal Engineer, Personalization to lead the design and evolution of our recommendation and personalization platform. The goal is to deliver highly relevant and timely shopping content to our customers through scalable, performant, and extensible systems. This role requires a strong engineering foundation with a deep understanding of distributed systems and the practical applications of machine learning and AI. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building enterprise platforms at scale, driving architectural decisions that prioritize reliability, flexibility, and long-term maintainability.

You will influence and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and data science to execute on a unified technical vision. You’ll play a critical role in setting platform direction, establishing engineering best practices, and ensuring the personalization infrastructure can support rapid innovation and measurable business impact.
