About the role
This is a remote position.
Role Responsibilities
- Design content for the organization to use in various ways (for example social media, the website, posters, leaflets etc)
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
- Manage social media marketing plans and content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
- Update organization webistes with content for the blog sections
- Oversee the design and functionality of the company's e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience
- Manage general marketing to our customers, ie using a mailing platform to send out emails to customers for which we have marketing consent
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Stay on top of best practices, new features and trends in ecommerce, digital marketing and technology
Requirements
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Information Technology
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in online marketing roles in the pharmacy or healthcare industry in preferred
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, web analytics, and web technologies
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Familiarity with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Project management experience, with a knack for multitasking and prioritization

Work Environment
- General Work Hours: 12.30PM to 9.30PM Sri Lanka Time – 45hrs/week.
- Remuneration: Gross Salary Up to LKR 150,000/-
- Location: Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 05 office.
