Senior Logistics Analyst- Government Commercial Purchase Card (COMNAVSURFLANT N41)

CACI is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program functions at COMNAVSURFLANT.
Responsibilities:
Perform account monitoring and reconciliation of activity accounts at the TYCOM level.
Assist with preparation/update of documentation and Desk Guides in support of changing GPC policy and procedures.
Provide training onboard Navy ships, remotely via email or phone, or in a seminar classroom setting.
Qualifications:
· Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance to qualify.
· Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related business discipline.
· As a substitute, eight years of “hands-on” experience in a combination of Navy automated supply/maintenance management may be utilized. Training related to the “degree substitute” provided at Navy schools is considered “hands on” experience.
· In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the SLA must have eight years of experience in Navy automated supply, logistics, inventory management, financial management, and the functionality of the automated supply systems.
· Experience in automated supply/maintenance management systems must be with NTCSS (R-Supply Unit or Force Level) software and demonstrated experience of the Navy GCPC Program.
· Must have expert level knowledge with MS Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Desired:
· Familiarity with Navy supply financials and reconciliation, particularly within the realm of the Navy GCPC Program.
· Possess strong verbal and writing skills to effectively prepare and conduct individual and seminar training.
