If yes, then you can be our next Project Controller.</h1> <p> </p> <h2>The role:</h2> <p> </p> <p>The role as Project Controller offers the opportunity to support projects from start to finish with a primary focus on supporting the financial aspects of project management. Your main area of focus will be updating estimate to complete, controlling time and expense bookings, preparing invoices, and contributing to the weekly and monthly project financial reporting. As you gain experience your role will be expanded to ensure transparency on financial implications for projects within your own portfolio responsibility. The role will also offer an opportunity to work and develop competencies within business controlling. Furthermore, you will participate in the continuously improvement and development of our financial tools and procedures. On a day-to-day basis, your task will include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Provide financial knowledge and hands-on support that helps the project manager making project decisions.</li> <li>Sparring partner for client directors and win-work-activities  </li> <li>Provide financial support to client directors to ensure transparency and good project performance.</li> <li>Ensuring transparent and valid project economy in our ERP system</li> <li>Proper and timely invoicing.</li> <li>Monitoring financial performance ensuring that financial policies and procedures are met.</li> <li>Participate in month end closing activities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>About you:</h2> <p> </p> <p>We imagine that you:</p> <ul> <li>have a master’s degree, or equivalent, in finance, business administration, or another relevant subject.</li> <li>like to interact with different stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders.</li> <li>have prior experience with controlling, as well as budgeting and accounting, or are a new graduate with keen interest in business and project controlling. </li> <li>have experience of working in a project-based environment but it is not essential.</li> <li>have good Excel and analytical skills and preferably have prior experience with ERP systems, however this is not a requirement.</li> <li>Have good communication skills in both Danish and English</li> <li>are openminded for changes and possess a can-do attitude to problem-solving.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we offer is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a strong academic environment in an international organization surrounded by competent and committed colleagues.
