As we continue to expand and carve out our future in solar energy, we are on the hunt for a dynamic Project Fulfillment Manager PV to spearhead our solar projects' coordination and ensure their financial viability. This role is integral to our growth strategy and aims at maximizing project profitability through meticulous monitoring and end-to-end oversight.<br/><br/><br/></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:<br/><br/></strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Sales Support &amp; Financing Solutions:</strong> <p><br/></p><ul><li>Craft and validate Business Plans for new solar installations.</li><li>Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to finalize client contracts.</li><li>Oversee the contractual process with all parties, ensuring smooth progress and immediate stakeholder support.<br/><br/></li></ul></li><li><strong>Profitability &amp; Contract Lifecycle Management:</strong> <p><br/></p><ul><li>Lead the provisional acceptance process, involving administrative tasks, incident management, and financial performance monitoring to meet or exceed IRR targets.</li><li>Communicate significant updates and raise issues to senior management and involved stakeholders.<br/><br/></li></ul></li><li><strong>Financing Coordination:</strong> <p><br/></p><ul><li>Act as the go-to internal contact for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), managing financial and operational reporting, board meetings, and process improvements.</li></ul></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong><br/></strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Skills:</strong> <p><br/></p><ul><li>Strong analytical aptitude and project management prowess.</li><li>Hands-on mindset with substantial financial skills to assure project profitability.</li><li>Capability to collaborate and negotiate with a multitude of stakeholders.</li><li>Flexibility in adapting to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Dutch and French is mandatory.<br/><br/></li></ul></li><li><strong>Knowledge &amp; Experience:</strong> <p><br/></p><ul><li>A degree at a Professional Bachelor or Master level.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years in project coordination, ideally within the PV or related sector.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive objectives to completion, with effective teamwork and motivational communication skills.<br/><br/></li></ul></li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> <p><br/></p><ul><li>Dutch: Fluent</li><li>French: Fluent</li><li>English: Fluent<br/><br/><br/></li></ul></li></ul> <p><strong>What Luminus Offers:</strong></p> <p>Embrace the opportunity to contribute to an eco-friendly future within a leading company.
