As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of digital projects. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key responsibilities :</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage digital transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline</li> <li>Conduct in-depth business and functional analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and tenders</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new application architecture and present the best possible digital solution to clients</li> <li>Advise clients on the best procurement strategy and support them in selecting the appropriate digital solution and vendor/integrator</li> <li>Provide guidance and training to clients on new digital tools and systems to ensure smooth user adoption and effective change management</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new business opportunities</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to continuously improve our services and maintain a competitive edge.</li> </ul> <h2>What do you bring to the table?</h2> <ul> <li>Master degree in Computer science, Business administration, or related field</li> <li>Ideally 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.</li> <li>Proven expertise in business and functional analysis, with a good understanding of application architecture and/or a good experience in implementing ERP/CRM</li> <li>Familiarity with the mid-market segment (25 to 150 employees) and understanding of their unique business challenges and requirements</li> <li>Outstanding communication skills fluency in FR/EN and good knowledge of Dutch.</li> <li>Creative, autonomous and Team-player</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> </ul> <h2>What do we bring to the table? </h2> <ul> <li><strong>Culture:</strong> you will join a family of experts who encourage respect, diversity and teamwork.
