Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Focus area for this role will be building dashboards, undertaking adhoc analysis for fuelling growth for Financial Services
• Responsible for delivering insights and analysis on a regular basis for key underlying metrics that are driving adoption, engagement, monetization and retention for the product
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to understand the user problem and their needs and formulate achievable requirements for product/ development teams
• Develop a deep understanding of customer experience through data, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Manage a team of data analysts/ BI directly
• Mentoring and educating other team members

Qualifications

• At Least 6 years of Data Analytics or an equivalent role, 8+ years of experience preferred
• Proficiency in English language is needed
• Strong understanding of data analysis using SQL, analytical tools is needed
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques is needed
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R or some other statistical software is needed
• Understanding of how APIs, technical architectures work is needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to find underlying trends in data that can be growth drivers for the business
• Ability to structure the analysis to make it more focussed for actions
• Track record of working in a very fast paced environment or a startup 
• Have an extreme bias towards action basically, you need to have the Get Things Done attitude
• Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Super Flex Time (No Core Time)
• In principle, 10:00am-6:45pm (actual working hours: 7h45m + 1h break)

Paid leave

• Annual leave (up to 14 days in the first year, granted proportionally according to the month of employment. Can be used from the date of hire)

Salary

• Annual salary paid in 12 installments (monthly)
• Based on skills, experience, and abilities
• Reviewed twice a year
• Special Incentive once a year *Based on company performance and individual contribution and evaluation
• Late overtime allowance, Work from anywhere allowance (JPY100,000)
