Talent Acquisition Analyst - Midland, TX
LOCATION: Midland - Texas - USA
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
This position will involve reaching out to potential candidates for staffing purposes. Ensuring compliance is met by I9 verification, background checks, and credentialing. This is an on-site position.
What does a day-to-day look like in this role?
- On-boarding
- I9s/ E- Verify
- Backgrounds
- Interviewing (phone screening & setting up in person)
- Microsoft Teams updates/ Excel
- Follow up with candidates in regards to backgrounds/I9s
- Assist with on-boarding
- Assist with the paper work and paper uploads
- Work closely with the team
