Chartboost is hiring a Senior iOS engineer to help us build and maintain our SDK products.

The Chartboost SDK is a mobile advertising SDK that empowers game developers to monetize their applications via programmatic ads. Chartboost has a very large SDK footprint across apps from many genres. We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to push our SDK to the next level and become the best mobile gaming monetization product.

Impact you will make:

• Develop new features and improvements in our Chartboost SDKs
• Develop new SDKs to expand our portfolio of products
• Develop and maintain internal apps used for debugging and testing purposes
• Apply and promote iOS development best practices in order to keep a high-quality development process in our SDK
• Enhance your understanding of low-level implementations whilst working on UI utility apps with the latest technologies
• Work closely with QE team members in order to establish procedures that will keep our SDK stable
• Maintain and expand our suite of CI/CD tools which automate our builds and releases
• Carefully balance performance, memory, and network usage, respecting users, app developers, and advertisers
• Keeping up to date with iOS and Swift technologies
• Timely communication with Product and Business to ensure priorities are always aligned with company goals

Who you are:

• 5+ years of professional iOS software development experience
• A quality-oriented professional with strong unit test skills
• Inquisitive and proactive personality
• Highly proficient in iOS development using Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode
• Have shipped iOS apps and/or iOS SDKs/Libraries with a server component

Bonus to have:

• Building and shipping SDKs or libraries
• Ad Tech experience
• Debugging proxies (Charles Proxy, preferred)
• Github Actions, Fastlane, and Cocoapods experience

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $224,320.00 and $280,400.00 per year. For applicants based in New York City and New Jersey at the start of employment is expected to be between $224,320.00 and $280,400.00 per year. Furthermore, the pay range for this position for applicants based in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $199,440.00 and $249,300.00 per year. 

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skill
