The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team supporting the U.S. Army Program Executive Office - Aviation and the Project Management Office, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (PM UAS) initiative. This team works with a federal workforce staff with technical expertise directly supporting Modular Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) requirements for Army aviation platforms. The Administrative Assistant will be eager to support the program, to build relationships with Government stakeholders, internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), support the mission and work in a fast paced and rewarding environment where communication and workflow business processes are key.

This is a remote work eligible position.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Subcontracts & Procurement process in facilitating Subcontractor and ODC/Material/Software procurement requisitions while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, such as CISTAC, Corporate Buyers, Suppliers, and Program Management in support of customer/contractual requirements.

  • Manage assignments and work independently and actively with internal and external Stakeholders to produce and/or modify documents within a fast-paced environment and established workflow time frames and in accordance with specified deadlines.

  • Perform Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Management, log and track deliverables, perform template reviews, and acts as the technical template owner.

  • Serves as the monthly CDRL reviewer and document repository manager.

  • Coordinate, facilitate, and create new employee orientation, onboarding processes, and activities; provide guidance and support to employees on various matters; initiate, maintain, and compile employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Manage and schedule organizational resources (appointment schedules, conference rooms, calendars, travel, etc.), providing administrative and logistical support for meetings, working sessions, and other engagements.

  • Making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings (when necessary).

  • Transcribe meeting minutes and action items in meetings with Government customers.

  • Ensure documentation complies with all applicable specifications, standards, and other project constraints.

  • Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • US Citizenship required Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance.

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related work experience.

  • Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Desired:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or staff support assistant

  • Ability to work independently to meet standards and expectations when given initial guidance/direction and with minimal oversight.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate effectively with program employees, government/client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives.
