Supply Chain Financial Analyst<p></p><p><b>Description -</b></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>Reporting to the Supply Chain Controller, this role will be responsible for performing Plant Inventory Management SOX controls, support various departmental reporting requirements, and records retention across Enterprise Operations</p><p></p><p>Applies subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope helping control owners to solve control deficiencies and/or implement new key controls. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined compliance policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.</p><p></p><p><b><i>Responsibilities: </i></b></p><ul><li>Performs SOX control activities for designated areas</li><li>Controls automation by leveraging advanced analytical tools and AI</li><li>Provides financial analysis in the area of compliance & controls for Supply Chain owned process areas.</li><li>Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.</li><li>Prepares and provides SOX status metrics and status to key stakeholders.</li><li>Provides guidance on Key Controls and SOX Requirements</li><li>May perform quality reviews associated with Control documentation and/or evidence</li><li>Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities for compliance improvement</li><li>Identifies issues and proposes solutions.</li><li>Prepares training guidance and delivery to stakeholders</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Education and Experience Required: </i></b></p><ul><li>First level university degree with a focus in accounting or business; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA)</li><li>Supply Chain or Inventory knowledge is helpful</li><li>Typically 6+ years of experience as an auditor or accounting analyst.</li><li>Typically experienced in more than one finance function</li><li>Able to work across time zones</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Knowledge and Skills: </i></b></p><ul><li>Strong communication and influencing skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of USGAAP accounting principles, compliance and controls.</li><li>Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel,Word, Ppt, Visio)</li><li>Dashboard/ Power BI / RPA/ AI skills are helpful</li><li>Comfortable speaking with non finance partners (eg Operations)</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills</li><li>Good business acumen</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Proactive</li><li>Efficient</li></ul><p><br/><b>Cross-Org Skills</b><br/>• Effective Communication<br/>• Results Orientation<br/>• Learning Agility<br/>• Digital Fluency<br/>• Customer Centricity<br/><br/><b>Impact & Scope</b><br/>• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.<br/><br/><b>Complexity</b><br/>• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.<br/><br/><b>Disclaimer</b><br/>• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
