As a member of our global supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and customer satisfaction.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize stockouts</li> <li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods</li> <li>Resolve any supply chain-related issues that may arise</li> <li>Communicate with team members to provide updates on delivery and supply chain status</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance and work with suppliers to improve delivery times and quality of goods</li> <li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and resolve supply chain challenges</li> <li>Monitor open purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers on production ETAs</li> <li>Coordinate shipping documentation </li> <li>Monitor shipments</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience in supply chain management</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with suppliers and team members</li> <li>Comfortable being held accountable for responsibilities and willingness to learn</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines</li> <li>Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive and dynamic work environment.
